Q. How is the data I input into my Team Academy Pro system secure?
A. Each club has their own entirely separate database running their Team Academy Pro system, which protects their data from other clubs. On top of that, the system is then hosted on a totally secure environment. All data is encrypted.

The servers hosting Team Academy Pro sit behind a firewall with tiered security levels.

A higher security functions as the Trusted Zone, where no incoming connections are allowed from the Internet. Connections are only allowed on a strict port basis from the VPN to the Team Academy Pro office network.

The current firewall is capable of 4,000 concurrent sessions and 75Mbps across all ports. This minimises the chance of the firewall becoming a bottleneck in the solution.

In addition all access to the Team Academy Pro websites are 128bit encrypted for extra security, and all users have a unique username and password, accessed via a secure login.

Q. How much does Team Academy Pro cost?
A. Team Academy Pro as been developed with the flexibility to meet the needs of every professional football club, irrespective of their country, league, or internal infrastructure. Therefore the solution can come in a number of various different specifications and as a result, a flexible pricing structure.

Q. Does my LFE funding grant cover the purchase of my Team Academy Pro?
A. Yes, your LFE funding grant can be used to purchase your Team Academy Pro system.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of users per club?
A. Once you have purchased your Team Academy Pro application, you can create as many user accounts as you wish. There is no limit to the number of users you, the system administrator, can set up.

Q. Can I limit the details each user sees, or does each user have access to everything?
A. Yes, as an administrator, when you set up user accounts, you can limit the access levels of each user. This means that they can only view details they have been allowed access to, and everything else is hidden.

Q. How does the SMS module work?
A. With every Team Academy Pro system, there is built in 100 SMS credits. These can be used to send a text message, through Team Academy Pro, to targeted groups i.e age groups, staff members etc, saving you time and money. Further SMS credits can then be purchased as and when required.

Q. Is training provided?
A. All system training comes inclusive when a club returns a signed license agreement to use Team Academy Pro.

Q. Is there any specific I.T. and hardware requirements needed to run Team Academy Pro?
A. None at all. Because Team Academy Pro is a secure internet based system, all you need to access it is an internet connection
